Reflections from a Canvas Pilot Teacher

During this spring, I (Jenny Eklöf) have been part of a group of Canvas pilot users here at Umeå university. My own course, Popular Science: History, theory, practice is at the time of writing still ongoing, but I have tried to pause and reflect on some of the features in Canvas that differ from how you set up your course in Cambro, and the result can be found in these three videos below. (Many tools and functions are the same, though.)  In these videos I focus on three Canvas features – the front page, the syllabus and modules – and I show how I have been using them and why. (More technical ”how-to” instructions are available on the Canvas help pages.) My hope is that the videos can serve as some kind of inspiration to others. So here you go:
